Light Communications offers VOIP contact center certification program and
training classes for 3Com customers and partners
A special program is offered for legacy 3Com VOIP system customers (NBX and VCX)
who utilize hunt groups, ACD or call center features.
Light Communications, Inc., a valued 3Com professional services partner, offers a free remote system analysis, assessment and
report for existing 3Com eXchange and EPIC Center users on NBX and VCX VOIP platforms.
LightComm also offers system adminstration training classes for 3Com contact center administrators. Classes are conducted at
our Northern California training facility and include an extensive currculum with hands-on excercises in a lab environment.
The course curriculum details the processes, implementation, support and maintenance of 3Com EPICCenter
